I don't think the Certum was available for the 43X before? Pretty sure the change is it's available now, before was just the Sagax Lux. Correct if I'm wrong.
It can contour around the holster better, so the pressure on the camming bar seems to be more significant. It also just generally prints less because the bulge is less noticeable, less of the hula hoop effect around your waist. A bit more comfortable, works well with the Tenicor mag holder.
