Hi there- I screened 68% positive for T21 via MaterniT21. My NT was .9, absolutely no soft markers, negative FISH, negative karyotype, finally found a 13% concentration via microarray. If your results are suggestive of mosaicism, my biggest advice would be to push for microarray first. So sorry for the uncertain time you are going through.
