U can get it with 3 piltovers. Stars of the t hex are affected by your stacks. I think 30 stacks makes it 3 Stars, but im not sure, and i dont know how many stacks you need for 4 Stars, but u can just google it, im sure you ll find it. naw the farthest I got was 34 and at 30 you just get the breath attack for 900 dmg. at 30 stacks it is still ...
