Taurus serial number lookup not working.

In my case, I had bought a bundle of 2 Zenwifi devices. I tried to register using the serial numbers on the bottom of the devices, but that does not work. According to the service engineer, you need to use the serial number for the bundle, which is only located on the box.I go back to work again Thursday. I'm pretty sure I checked the Botton of the barrel, but will verify. Just checked my new 856 3" Defender and found the caliber stamping on the bottom of the barrel.
