Totk steam deck performance.
The only change I did was using the 30fps mod instead of the 60fps one. I don't quite think the Deck is able to push anything above 30fps really. I strongly recommend against using Yuzu EA releases as they tend to break performance every now and then. Mainline is perfectly fine these days.

Manually setting it to 1600mhz greatly increases performance in yuzu, but after a few seconds GPU will be locked to 1040mhz again. You can use the overlay to confirm this issue (which exists for any emulator in steamos currently).
