Help! So on apps especially Hulu, prime and HBO max within minutes of beginning a show it kicks me off and back to the home screen. This just started about a week ago and I just deleted and reinstalled the apps and still having the same issues.

I have a Westinghouse Roku TV that is less than 4 months old. All of the apps and the system is up to date as of the time of this message. I have gigabit Ethernet connected so it's not a bandwidth issue I just got this tv a few days ago and every so often it will just randomly back me out of Netflix or YouTube, or whatever I’m watching and take me to the “Video and TV Cast for Roku” screen. It’s extremely frustrating and I wanted to make sure I’m not causing this on accident.

I only noticed it on Netflix and Tubi I did not have the problem on Live TV which I use for streaming and antenna. So the only step I tried was the restart step where you go into systems and restart the TV. It worked for me right away.To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
