But that only covers the cost of the car. You really need to talk to your car insurance company, too, to see if they cover you for liability in foreign countries.

The trip is set to commence on October 4, 2022. We paid in full and did everything asked. Then the problems started. We had to call to get our flight information as Exoticca did not send it to us. Exoticca was unresponsive. Cruz del Sur is the most expensive bus company in Peru. A quick search tells me that for the same random date in April: A one-way ticket from Lima to Cuzco on Cruz del Sur costs $70 and takes 21 hours. A one-way flight from Lima to Cuzco on Peruvian Airlines costs $87 and takes about 2 hours.
