Anybody with the GE Opal ice maker come up with a hack to allow you to fill the side tank without having to remove it from the base? At the rate we go through ice, I'd like to be able to just top off the tank throughout the day with a pitcher instead of dealing with a wrangling full/half-full tanks to/from the filtered water tap.
