So I went ahead and made a backup of four folders: atmosphere, bootloader, sept & switch. I downloaded the latest Kosmos and put the new folder it comes with.It's still pretty simple: Go to Atmosphere's github page, find the most recent release and grab the main files and fuseeprimary. Go to your sigpatches source and get those files too. Simply drag and drop Atmos files on the SD root and say YES when asked to replace. You need the right files in the right folders.
