Once it reach the running temperature its goes away. I have no check engine light whatsoever but is kind of anoying comming from a brand new car. This issue also shows up on all of the Hyundai forums because this engine is a Hyundai design/build. My 2.0 will exhibit rough idling about 7 - 10 times a month. Mine has been doing this since I drove it off the lot.
