Yes, the Miroku 500 is a gun of good quality. The Charles Daly Miroku guns are good. My hunting buddy had a Miroku 500 in 12 gauge. Nice gun. I doubt you will find a better 20 gauge in the same price range. Parts might be a problem if it breaks. But there is little chance of that if it is treated right.
