It makes it so you can get to level 100 faster, but won't let you go over it. Ah right that's no good. I may have to rely on finding engrams then. When I play single player and have hit level 100 I either just do a giveengrams cheat to get the rest OR use a mind wipe tonic and only get the engrams I require to play.
