Here's an interesting chart - there really is a huge range, and the numbers increase quickly! For 6w+1d singletons... 5th percentile - about 3,000 mIU/ml. 50th percentile - about 20,000 mIU/ml. 95th percentile - 100,000 mI u/ml. This chart is super helpful, thank you! HCG levels actually are not indicative of a multiples pregnancy. Women with high HCG have singletons all the time and women with low HCG have multiples as well.
