yep agreed - when you see 20% runoff mentioned by anyone on here they're saying that so you 'flush a little' with each feed so the salts don't build up in the grow medium. If you don't then you have to flush every once in a while (5 times for FF nutes i guess) When I was in soil I would flush every other feed so the salts would rinse out a bit.
