These controls are the old cable driven type, where control cables went from the control box all the way to the hydraulic valve. Included in the control box is the switch to engage the electro-hydro unit. I do not need the cable, just the controls. This is a Micro fuse, and there isn't anywhere local that carries a Micro fuse tap that can handle a 20 amp circuit. The only available ones in town have a small wire, guessing 20 guage, and is only rated up to 10 amps.Check your harness plug ends for broken pins. Also the isolation module could be defective. on back of lights look at color wires the ones coming from high beams and the low beams theres your color wires there. If not use a test light and make sure. The most likely problem is the grounds from the plow lights themselves to the frame.
