The drop rates are super low, and aren't character dependant - you can get all 3 on one class. The drop chance is far too low for what the glaives actually provide as well. Just did this. Got my 2nd glaive after like 4 runs, got the 3rd after 50+ more. Drop rate is really low so be prepared to be there for a while. I don't think Master gives increased drop rate but either way running normal seems to be the more efficient farm.

I did get the exotic glaive on my warlock first. The initial Glaive quest is account wide. Once it's complete you can craft one of the three exotic glaives. The other two patterns are added to the Wellspring loot pool. Character being played doesn't seem to matter.Help us help you.
