CSGO works fine, and other apps work fine. In CS3, you give a call, but sometimes your teammates respond, but sometimes they don't. Every time I check if my mic is working (using mic test feature of discord), and it is working fine, but then I give a call in-game and no one can hear it.

Make sure your headset is the default recording/communications device in Windows. Also check your steam voice settings to make sure it is using the right microphone.
