In Cemu version 1.26.2f in BOTW I was able to remove sounds and them stay gone with the same MLC01 folder in 2.0-28 those sounds where still gone I launched the game at both times and I could only hear the shrine music in the 2.0-28 where as 1.26.2f had no shrine music which I had removed from the file and the mlc folder inside the cemu 2.0-28 had no sound data so Version 2.0-28 is somehow ...First off, double check all your settings.
