Hunter got the best of solar 3.0 and is strong in both PvE and PvP. The classy restoration mod alone puts solar hunter at the top of content. But even once that mod sunsets after Season 17, the class will still have strong merits due to its massive PvE damage and well-rounded kit in PvP.I've always had a fascination with the Hunter's Arc 3.0 subclass.
