In any case, maybe the store that replaced the battery did not reset it or properly reconnect it. When the batteries are in a good charge state, you'll usually see 13.8-14.1 volts. When the computer is trying to recharge the batteries, the voltage output will exceed 14.1 volts. This usually can be observed following a cold start after the van has been sitting overnight, especially in colder weather.
