The Galloway Precision spring kit for the cpx-2 is definitely worth the $15. I installed those springs in my brother's cpx-2 and $15 worth of springs felt like a $100 improvement in trigger pull at minimum. If you polish up the internals a little and add the Galloway spring kit, the SCCY trigger is very good.The pin/cam is metal. That’s where mine failed. The plastic trigger stretched and rounded off completely. I installed an aluminium trigger and a lighter trigger spring kit, problem solved. See YouTube or contact SCCY.
