I did this once and it took a 3/4" breaker bar and 4' of pipe to break them free. The washer will form around the castle nut locking it in place. 120 ft/lbs is sufficient.

I believe the pilot hole in the center of the wheel and the offset might be different. Polaris recommends replacing each bolt after use. It's because manufacturers are too cheap to supply good hardware. I’ve not found any other errors on fastener torque specs. Whats crazy is polaris calls for 110ftlbs in their videos on service that involves removing the wheels.
