The vehicle is a 2006 Chrysler 300C 5.7L, the previous owner neglected the vehicle and the dealer that sold it to me should have his license revoked. lol. but here is my issue. The vehicle is currently in "limp" mode, wont go beyond 35mph or 3k RPMs.

It's starting to make a bit more sense as the 300C appears to have active wheel speed sensors, not the self generating Hall effect type. Maybe unrelated and don't think it causes limp mode but I had an issue with the front ABS sensors versus the muck on the rear of the hub which was obstructing 'the view' of the sensor.
