The Cobalt won't crank, the cel never illuminates, power steering message, no power to pcm/ecm fuse under hood. No door chime. Radio and interior lights work fine (except front speakers of course) I have verified 12v and 5v at the ignition switch. I've tried adding grounds to the ecm.1. Check the Fuse. If none of the brake lights are working, we are going to follow the circuit from the fuse box back to the brake pedal. At some point the power is not getting from point A to point B.
