Chrysler 200 heat not working.
Hello All, I warmed my car and drove about 90 miles and all of a sudden my Temperature Gauge went from 4 bars to zero bars and the red temp light came on. The outside temp is about -15. My car is only 5 months old (2016 Chrysler 200). I am curious to see if others might be able to chime in or have experienced the same thing.
This is what needs to be done actually. There is a problem with some 2012 Chrysler vehicles where sludge is forming in the cooling system causing the heater core to first plug on half of it and over time if the radiator is not replaced it will clog or more sludge can break loose and clog the new heater core.The fan was off, temp was set at 72 and the 3rd control was on auto.
