Anime (Classic) I’m not trying to flame bait here, but I wanted to see what other fans of the classic anime think. I absolutely loved season one of the original Sailor Moon anime. The manga was expanded on in an amazing and brilliant way. But Sailor Moon R is honestly pretty bad to me, and not even because of Chibi Usa. If you want to watch just the basics, I would recommend the first three episodes (128-130), the two-part mid-season finale (148-149), the introduction of the new sub-villains (150), the power-up episodes (151-152, 154), and the finale episodes (160-166 + optional 158-159).
