For Bellingham, his stats are just very subpar compared to his OVR, and to other top CMs (Gullit, Ballack, Vieira, De Bruyne, etc.) But that's also the case for Messi and CR7 (on paper their stats are mid compared to their high OVR or other top cards of same position).
