MoCA being enabled should not have any effect on your Internet speed, so there is an issue other than MoCA that needs to be addressed. A factory reset seemed to fix the speed issue. The light is still blinking though, but now I know thats normal. Weird thing is, is that I've never noticed this light blinking.
