All the suspensions and others parameters seems to work in the right direction in GT7 , with more or less effect than expected (narrow setting window for some). I've never considerate real life settings or the amount of this specific setting when i set a car. I only apply what i think necessary in this setting window.

Because it's an all around setting with no specific track , sometime i don't publish gearbox for this tunes. To low the PP and set the numbers in the same range of power (Or more) Do like this. Reset your gearbox uninstall and reinstall it. Then fine tune if needed the gears from last gear to 1st in this order.

I ended up spending a bit of time trying to figure it out, and it seems that you need to go to GT Auto -> Customize Cars -> Custom Parts -> Rear -> Type B. For whatever reason that changed the maximum front downforce from 100 to 200 for me.
