hey guys in this episode we obtain the Dreamer Halberd. This is an edited version of a stream that was taken from my twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/dr... You only need 1 point put into Mana to make this work. Ideally you will use the dreamer halberd with runic armor and light mender head/boots/backpack. This gives you 65% Mana reduction and bonus spectral damage which is same as the Halberd. Alternatively you can get the priest cap from monsoon which has a bunch of bonus damages and Mana reduction. I haven't seen any information about this legendary Halberd out there yet so I figured I'd post info on how to get it and what it does.
