I'm confused about glycolysis. Glucagon inhibits PFK-2 which reduces F2,6-BP production and therefore F2,6-BP can't activate PFK-1 to produce F1,6-BP. But glucagon also stimulates the secretion of insulin. Insulin stimulates PFK-1 and therefore production of F1,6-BP. TL/DR: Blueprint is insanely expensive for what it does. Khan Academy+UWorld+AAMC official materials do the same thing or better but for far cheaper.
