By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. Then do AAMC.

Alt is great! Everyone says they’re “harder” and to expect deflated scores compared to AAMC, my ALT scores were INFLATED. Your CARS and PS subscores will be all over the fucking place because they aren’t representative. Alt science is very good highly recommend. Cars is not good don’t recommend doing that. Worth it.
