If you don't use Anki daily, then there is possibly a backup. If you don't regularly sync to a mobile device, then it will have backups. If you have a system backup of your computer, then you could restore the specific deck. There is deleted.txt in the anki folder which I believe contains every deleted card, so you could extract it from that.
