we stayed at “Dreams Flora" located on Cabeza de Toro Beach from November 13 to November 20th, 2023. The Resort is marketed as a 5-star Resort. I can assure you coming from Secrets Cap Cana there is a huge difference which is also a 5-star Resort but also $200.00 more expensive per night.
