I think what OP is saying is that the phone service wasn't paid on the due date, therefore service was suspended for 18 days. When it was finally paid, instead of getting a whole month of service, Metro doesn't change the billing date so op is only getting 10 days of service before the bill is due again, which i agree sucks and shouldn't be that way as a prepaid carrier.
