I'm thinking one of two things and either way the ignition lock cylinder needs to be replaced. First is the wrong key, or a worn key isn't moving the pins to fully unlock the cylinder. Second is a lock pin broke and isn't unlocking the cylinder. Putting a lot of graphite into the cylinder didn't help you or the lock at all.
