It has no magical abilities, and can’t assume a vigilante identity. As with the spell, the simulacrum isn’t under the warlock’s control. The warlock can create a social simulacrum no more than once per day and can have only one in existence at a time. A warlock must be at least 8th level to select this talent.

It is not a Warlock though. There is an archetype for the Vigilante class called Warlock that gets 6th level spell casting, and can make 1d6 energy attacks at-will. There really isn't a class quite like the Warlock in Pathfinder. There are things that resemble Warlock abilities, like the Hex ability from the Witch class, but no true 3E Warlock.
