From my understanding they dont initially test for weed, however if you get hurt/cause damages on power equipment (and even this is over a certain monetary value) then that test does include weed. The process I’ve always gone through has been a call to schedule an interview -> the interview (in person or by phone) -> and job offer/background check/drug test. I was offered a remote position, my interview was about three weeks ago. The order for my drug screen sends me to a local urgent care that I’m sure they’re contracted with. And of course, I smoke weed and am a wee bit worried. Does anyone have experience with offsite drug screens and tell me if it is still the ole’ oral swab to expect?
Hey everyone I recently got hired at Lowes and the next steps I needed to do was take a drug test and do the self background check through “profile advantage”. My drug test came back clean, but the issue is the company that lowes uses to do the background check, I keep checking the report and it keeps extending the ETA for completion.
