Lost mucus plug after sweep.

I had a sweep 2 days ago and was 1cm, almost 2-3cm. I started losing my mucus plug later that day. I'm still just crampy in and off like I have been for almost two weeks, nothing else. Labour is near mama. Regardless of what you are feeling it's coming!! I lost my plug after my 38 week sweep. Every contraction was in my lower back. They were increasing with intensity and coming more frequently. I tried napping but it was not happening. Per Julie's suggestion, I took my pillow and tried to nap in a warm bath.
