Granted it’s only been like a week but that was after two weeks of non stop drawer full. It ended up I think being the bag, crinkling up just enough to set off the sensor.

I can still switch the Litter Robot on and off via the app but I can't do anything else. I changed the old DFI sensor in April 2020 to the newer version because the old IR one stopped working. The new sensor came as part of the Connect upgrade kit which I purchased. The LR has been working flawlessly for the past 8 months or so.You can try to clean the 2 green circuit boards and the 2 plastic brackets of the DFI sensor using isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from them. If that didn’t help, the DFI sensor will have to be replaced first in order to make the robot functional again.
