Technician manager essentially. A technician manager, you're supposed to make the schedule, work on metrics and such. Depending on your store manager the rxom might not do the schedule. Yes they are supposed to be part of workflow, but will probably be needed elsewhere depending on how many experienced techs there are.

To be in workflow and do RXOM duties will be challenging. Take the time when you can to check email and COMPASS daily. If you are slightly caught up take that time to do RXOM things. IMO there is not enough time for your management duties. 2. Seeing if anybody has good details about RXOM position. I’ve been with Walgreens almost 10 years now and basically worked everywhere including pharmacy. I was coded as a tech at one point for about 4 or 5 months then had to drop back down to CSA due to budget cuts. I’m currently an ASM and am state and nationally certified.
