If you look below at pic 1, I highlighted the actuator and the arrow I highlighted indicates the front of the vehicle. The remaining pics are the directions for removal and replacement. Once it is installed, you will need to calibrate it.

There will be two vacuum mode door actuators on the left end of the HVAC housing. Check the vacuum supply lines coming from the engine and make sure that line is not leaking and has full engine vacuum in it.
