There are a lot of labor and tech problems that create inconsistencies in run hours. Pay is not sufficient for anyone senior level or above.

Then would call us at 1am in morning requesting can I come back after working over 20hrs. The pay is ridiculous no bonus piece paper for recognition and again you basically work for free.
