I'm going to uninstall ToS and do a full scan and see if that changes anything. edit: after uninstalling ToS and restarting, the message went away and windows defender gives a green check mark. I mostly Use it with mouse and keyboard, but have definitely used it without. It looks the same as it does on desktop, albeit everything is smaller, and a little more cramped on a 13" screen.
