My friend heard a pop when driving and the turbo stopped working, vehicle was very sluggish. The check engine light wasn't on (yet) but I found a P0299 stored in the PCM.I saw the posts regarding the 2013 Escape having this issue but since I'm new here I'm not sure how to do a search for any 2014 known issues.
