I've already looked in the clan menu and there is no button to create my own kingdom. Those 3 boxes are all ticked. The one box that is not ticked is the Clan Independence box. Before I even started completing the quest, I left my previous kingdom that I was a mercenary for and as far as I know I'm not with any other kingdom.
