Gmc sierra ticking noise when accelerating.

Lately, I have noticed a ticking noise coming from the engine while driving between 60 and 70 MPH. It lasts for only a few miles and will increase and decrease in speed according to the tach; meaning if I get off the highway and stop at a light the ticking will be very slow and then increase in speed as I accelerate. It used to happen once a week.1. If you also have the Bilsteins adjusted to also lift the front-end, you're really stressing those components.
