Based on this forum, I first checked the #27 fuse and it was fine. Then, I replaced the fuel pump driver module with a Dorman replacement (Part Number 601-225) from AutoZone for $58 USD. At cranking the pump is turned on again full time to complete the full pressure allowed by the regulator. When you test for pump performance you need to do a key on several times to see how far the pressure builds. It should build to about 35 psi +/-.
