Since u weren't able to claim before u could try messaging the support, maybe it was a bug?So when someone vacates their house it goes on a random timer to buy by standing and clicking the placard; it can be 2 hours, it can be 32 hours, and anyone who owns a house can instantly relocate to a different plot.
