As far as I read, it does not work with the integrated display on laptops, so you need to have a second monitor for it to work. You can find the option in Nvidia control panel > manage 3d settings > image scaling. Hopefully Nvdia will release another driver update to fix this
Don't really understand why Nvidia changed this amazing feature in his Image scaling which sincerely sucks, it just isn't worth it.
